Amersfoort World Jazz Festival extra accessible
This year Amersfoort World Jazz Festival will take place from 4 to 14 August. In the historic city center of Amersfoort, an adventurous program of more than 100 concerts is offered on indoor and outdoor stages. The complete line up is on www.amersfoortjazz.nl

The Amersfoort World Jazz Festival wants to be accessible to everyone. In collaboration with HandicapNL, the organization is taking extra steps towards an accessible, inclusive festival. Extra services and facilities are available on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 August around the program at the Lieve Vrouwekerkhof. These are available to all visitors with an Extra Care ticket for one or more concerts on the square. Other festival visitors with a disability can also use this. The visitor with a disability can indicate which care he or she needs by means of the care needs form.

With an Extra Care ticket you get a seat at the front of the concert together with your companion/partner. In addition, you can make use of medical support, both requested in advance or when you unexpectedly need it during the festival. In addition to the toilet facilities in the catering industry around the square, there will also be an extra accessible toilet unit.

Volunteers from HandicapNL will be present during these two days. They are on hand to answer your questions and provide guidance where and when you need it. In addition, a professional care team is available where you can go for nursing help. Together a carefree and unforgettable experience is created!
