One of the most renowned musicians on the Hungarian jazz scene, Péter Sarik is strongly influenced by the famous classical composer Bela Bartok and incorporates elements of his music into new compositions and improvisations. His partners in crime are as energetic, virtuosic and versatile as Sarik himself, the ultimate companionship; crowned with a Hungarian Grammy (Jazz Recording of the Year, 2020) the trio brings their interpretations of Bartok to Amersfoort World Jazz Festival “to celebrate music which is pure excitement, mystery, depth and clarity.”
