What do you do when you graduated in Utrecht and The Hague and then worked in several theater- and comedy productions? Pianist Erik Verwey felt that it was time to start composing and performing his own pieces. Joined by his partners in crime Daniel van Dalen on drums and Hendrik Müller on bass, he now presents their debut People Flow.
Featuring guests such as Teus Nobel on bugle horn and Bart Wirtz on saxophone, the album was well-received around the world. All About Jazz cheered it “is brimming with life, joyful and salubrious.”
