Adinda Meertins presented her double bass skills joining Lucas van Merwijk, Nueva Manteca, Cubop City Bigband and Music Machine before, after graduating from the Rotterdam conservatoire where she studied both Latin and Classical music.
Over the last six years, Meertins traveled the world with the famous Colombian group Monsieur Periné, winning a Latin Grammy in 2015. Now, she’s back in The Netherlands and founded a new group, Sweet Toko, presenting a tastefully exotic dish; “sugar coated grooves with yum yum jazz solos.”
