This year Amersfoort World Jazz Festival has concerts with ticket sales and free concerts.

On the page of the ticket sales you will find more information about times and prices. Additional tickets may become available for a sold-out event at a later date. We will be the first to communicate this via our newsletter.

Catering

There is plenty to drink at all locations. Do you therefore not want to bring any drinks or glassware to the concert location? We also ask you to finish your drink at the festival and not to take it outside the concert location. No alcohol will be served to visitors under the age of 18.

Dear Lady Cemetery

Bicycles parked in alleys and on the street can be an obstacle to ensure a good flow of the public. That is why we ask you not to park your bicycle there, but in the (guarded) bicycle sheds. Do you want to follow the instructions of the employees? More information can be found here.

First Aid

The First Aid has a permanent post at the Lieve Vrouwekerkhof. This post is located to the right of the tower. If you need medical assistance, an employee of the festival can call the first aid for you.

You can use the toilets in the catering establishments at the Lieve Vrouwekerkhof.

Remain calm in case of an emergency, listen to the instructions of the presenter on stage and always follow the instructions of emergency services, employees and security guards.

Accessibility for the disabled

The Amersfoort World Jazz Festival wants to be accessible to everyone. If you are physically limited and intend to visit the festival, you are most welcome.

The festival is partly organized in the historic city center of Amersfoort. Disabled people here encounter the usual restrictions of the city center, such as irregular sidewalks and unevenness in the road surface.

All performances are very accessible for people with a physical disability.

Extra Care tickets

The Amersfoort World Jazz Festival wants to be accessible to everyone. In collaboration with HandicapNL, they are taking extra steps towards an accessible, inclusive festival. Extra services and facilities are available on 18, 19 and 20 August around the program at the Lieve Vrouwekerkhof. These are available to all visitors with an Extra Care ticket for one or more concerts on the square. Other festival visitors with a disability can also use this. Read more here.

Parking

With a disabled parking card you can park in Amersfoort in all parking spaces with the exception of the parking garages. Also on parking spaces in the permit areas, without payment, at parking meters and parking machines. In various places in Amersfoort, parking spaces have been reserved for the physically disabled.
